SPoT only transmits GPS Lat/Lon decimal coordinates. If you are used to OS grid references Adventure Trading Ltd can add OSGB grid refs to all emails FOC or 13p per phone text. Instructions are included in the SPoT box.

The SPoT basic service lets you email links and share Google Maps with your contacts. However this has some limitations in terms of how much data can be included and it's visual impact. If you would like a 'live' map of a special journey FOC for your family and friends, or would like to promote a group, competition or charity event with an interesting map on relevant websites then contact our Sales Dept.

GEOS Search & Rescue Insurance
This optional personal insurance cover for $100,000 pa search & rescue costs only £10.95 pa. A small price to pay for immediate authorisation of private, professional rescue resources in those countries where rescue costs are chargeable or free rescue services are low quality. You maintain your personal and medical details in your online GEOS account separately from your SPoT account.
Carry Pouch
Superb quality, purpose-made, official Spot carry pouch - ideal for attachment to belts and rucsac straps up to 5.5cm wide.
